Red wine was spilled on the carpet (wool hand woven). Mo came and picked up the carpet. Pick up was same day we phoned. They washed and removed the stain. Came back installed the rug and helped put the furniture back. They made several suggestions about maintaining the carpet. Service was friendly.

We replaced 3 sliding doors and 4 large windows in our house. Clera, the window supplier, had a competitive price, the product was good quality and they did not require we hire additional contractors (some other quotes wanted only to do parts of the job). Ramesh, the installer, was very good. The existing wainscoting created an number of issues which were resolved very well by Ramesh. Also the uneven existing concrete door sills were resolved and we were kept informed about small issues so that there were no surprises at the end. They kept the workplace neat and minimized the dust and dirt.
