Quick, polite, knowledgeable, and clear and consistent with quoting (Have a pricing book). I have used them for two jobs. They show up when they say they will. Their office staff is polite and friendly. They have all been very professional. They are able to come in quickly and get the job done on the spot. They seem a bit on the pricey side, but I don't mind that trade off for the quick and courteous service. I will also be renting a water heater from this company after terrible service from Reliance.

We were very happy with Paul. He was patient as my wife and I tried to figure out the best position of the chandeliers. He was polite, professional, and flexible. He was on time and the quote was very reasonable and he kept to it. He even went into the attic to ensure the large chandelier would be anchored safely. McLaughlin Flooring was great! They worked well with Max from NORD OST to do my stairs and 1200sqft of flooring and trim. Their crew was polite, efficient, and courteous. They double checked or reviewed various aspects of the job with me as they went along. They worked quietly and quickly. Rick checked all his crews work, and did not nickel and dime over extras such as chiseling concrete under the fireplace, or levelling uneven spots. Rick was flexible with allowing me to do the parts of the job I wished to do. He kept his word on his quote. His experience shows and his price is fair.
