Hired AGL to replace 2' x 2' pavers, approximately 750 square feet, around planting beds and our large inground pool. The crew worked quickly and efficiently and cleaned up after the job was done. For the most part, office staff were responsive and answered our numerous questions. We love the end result and are more than happy to recommend them to anyone.

We used Canadian Choice to replace all of our windows and an exterior door. Joe W was knowledgeable, professional and very responsive to all our questions. We'd definitely give him a 10 out of 10. Luka and Mike, the installers, were very professional, clean, fun and very good at what they do. They'd get a 10 out of 10 as well. The only thing that would have made the experience better was better communication from the office staff. We reached out to them a number of times with little or no response. Joe was very helpful in getting the information we needed.

We went to this location on the recommendation of a friend. We picked a tile that we liked and arranged for a quote which we found out would be done by the installer. We received only a verbal quote for an "all-in" price. When I called to ask for an itemized written quote (because I wanted to know what square footage they were basing the quote on and the amount of flooring) they initially refused. Eventually we received a written quote but it was not itemized to our satisfaction. They are receiving 1 star rating because the price quoted was in line, but we chose a competitor and received far better service, from the Salesman to the Installer.

Called Ian when we read the great review on this site. He looked at the 2 areas we wanted and asked us a number of questions. The quote was detailed so that we knew what to expect and was about half the price of another company. They did an excellent job in the one room. When we called Ian about the other area, he immediately scheduled someone to come back and touch up the area and now we are more than satisfied customers. This is why we're so impressed! We would definitely recommend them to family and friends.

We found Pro Concrete on this site and were impressed by the number of reviews and the high rating they had so we contacted them for a quote. We were immediately impressed with the service from Dennis. When we contacted them to schedule the work, the office staff were accessible and very friendly. We can't say enough about the crews who actually worked on the driveway. They were knowledgeable, worked quickly and were very professional answering tons of questions. They were very clean and cleaned up leaving virtually no mess behind, especially when they sprayed the driveway for the "exposed aggregate" finish. We are looking forward to having the sealer applied in a couple of weeks but are very pleased. It's way beyond our expectation. We can't recommend this company enough.

Our front steps were sinking. We called Parsons and they provided us with an quote to pour a cement pad and reset the steps onto the new pad. When they pulled the steps out, we found some damage to the cement blocks. Parsons repaired the damage with a slight extra charge, poured the cement pad and reset the steps. They were always easy to deal with, the guys doing the work were professional and tidy and showed up when they said they would. We're very happy with their work.
