DO NOT USE Referral Roofing to do your roof!!! My dad hired them on August 9th to do a roof on a commercial building. He gave them 50% deposit. They came a day or 2 later to start the job and then disappeared. He said he had a family emergency. Then the guy calls and says he's out of cash and needs the rest in order to buy the material to finish. We say no. He gets all rude but then calls back and apologizes. He asks for a week or so to finish some other jobs so he can get paid and buy the materials. We say ok. He never shows and always has a different excuse. We gave him until yesterday and nothing. Update: He finally came and finished the job in early October after a ton of phone calls.
