I bought my home a year ago. Shortly after I had moved in leaks developed from my rear wall block foundation after a regular rainfall. The previous owner said he waterproofed the the corner himself. So I called Benchmark Waterproofing and they sent their Waterproof Consultant Tony who suggested that it was necessary to do the entire rear wall and both corners wrapped around by 2 feet because a block foundation is hollow inside. I took his advice and now it's been 8 months with no leaks. I'm glad I didn't cheap out and listened to his sound advice. He was a great communicator and answered all my questions i had throughout the work. I have a lifetime warranty that came with the job. Workers were great and cleaned up well. They re-installed my interlock perfectly. Thanks for a good job
