Ordered safety cover which I was told had to be custom. Had to send all these pictures, measurements etc. I specifically told Steve we had 1/2 rubber cover over concrete and specifically put it in the email. I don't know how many times I told him and our installer told us we needed longer anchors. Of course Steve said get a new installer he doesn't know what he's talking about. He sent our order with my repeat 1/2 rubber or concrete on the deck around the pool. We never got the most i9mportatnt tool, the bar to tighten the springs. Of course take picture of what was in the box. I asked for a breakdown of number of pieces. Got the bar but never got the breakdown. We didn't know if we were shorted. As it was we didn't get long enough anchors. I was so mad when I called on our installation. The usual "send a picture" so they can send it to the manufacturer. We needed it that day, three weeks later. We had a great installer and YES they have run into problems with the products from this company on other jobs and the suppliers out here. Sooo NO I wouldn't recommend this company. They take your order with "pictures" and your money and wipe their hands of it. I found out they don't care!!!!!

We said what we wanted and our kitchen was designed. No more wasted cupboard space. 52 drawers. Absolutely beautiful quality workmanship. Built to perfection and installed with perfection. Delivered and installed without any delay or glitches. The crown moulding around the ceiling of the cabinets is beautiful. We are so happy with the quality of the job done. Highly recommend if you want a quality designed and built kitchen. They should be in the home design magazines.
