The concrete was not leveled properly, cuts were very improper and of different width somewhere 1 cm, at other place 2 cm, simply HORRIBLE…., left concrete splashes on the walls, at glass and at patio stones. I still have water puddles at some places on concrete he poured. Totally unacceptable. I have paid him upfront $ 2,750, although wanted to keep some money, but he insisted to pay him lump sum and promised he will come back to level it, but never came back. I have called him several times, now he argues with me and doesn’t pick up my phone. He was supposed to seal two windows, finished one, and left the other. I called him again, came back one day when I was not home; he did three sides and left the fourth side again. Called him several times, he does not want to come back to finish the fourth side. He didn’t fix door sweeper or the drain pipe. He only maid retaining wall ok, rest of the work is unprofessional and totally unacceptable. I suggest everyone do not trust this guy or pay him upfront. He is not a man of word, his work is not satisfactory. Although he says he has 23 years experience, do not buy it, I did and regret now. He can’t even level concrete floor.
