Called and arranged pickup with Mathew for August 21st as we were flying out august 20th and was told 1 week till delivery after numerous calls it was picked up over 1 week late then after hundreds of calls and hundreds of promises later my goods finally arrived 1 month after we had left our place of pickup. We had not one phone call or email whatsoever in all this time and i was doing all the calling. In my one month of stress the one call i did get was to say how much i owed them and this too was far more than quoted. On there website they state "let us take the stress out of your move" when it should say "we will pick up whenever then drop off whenever and charge whatever" I feel for everyone who's previous comments i read as i know what you have been through. There needs to be more regulations with moving company's like this. Anyhow no matter what do not use this company. Mr Batty Mississauga.
