We hired them to replace our furnace and AC and also help us heat a room above a crawl space. Once the main work on the furnace and AC was completed we were left out to dry with the regards to heating the room above the crawl space. It seemed as though they said whatever it took to get the furnace and AC business and after that was done they didn't really care about the smaller job. I dealt with a sales guy, the office manager, and even the owner and between all of them they kept dropping the ball time and again. I would definitely think twice before hiring this company to do any work in your home.

I know that considering your specific job there was originally a mis-communication with our sales staff, for which we sent out our owner to try to assist and then I personally made a scheduling error.
