Our (duplex) water main broke. Rotor Plumbers cut a hole in my house behind the stove and ran the new pipe behind the kitchen cabinets to under the sink. I started getting condensation under the sink and wet cabinetry. The hole in the cabinetry wasnt cut big enough and the pipe wasnt insulated so that condensation from the pipe wicked into the cabinetry made of particle board. Rotor wouldn't fix the cabinets or reimburse me for repairs.

I had a leak into the room below my sundeck. A different company had replaced the deck, however I still had the leak. Columbus systematically figured out where the water was coming in and patched that area. Their drywaller did a nice job inside. The outside stucco didn't match though, and the gutter was damaged, filled with water, and needed to be replaced. 6 years later, the repair is holding.
