BEWARE. Mark took 50% down payment, came in and broke the shower door during install. Said he would be back but never showed. After a month of emailing he said he'ld come back if we paid another $750 for changing the swing of the door. We never changed anything and in fact we were left with shattered glass in our garage that he never cleaned up! Nice until he gets your money. Check BBB!

Door Centre The

Went into the Door Center in Burlington after being at the Oakville Home Show. Advertised sale prices. Went in for quote on a fiberglass door with wood grain. Would not give me a price unless I went to the store. The price was very high for a fiberglass door. The service was questionable, as there were 2 in the office, I was the only customer, but they stayed on the phone.

I would like to apologize for the experience you received at our showroom. When it comes to giving prices, we do often give ballpark prices for our door systems. Just like cars, doors come with plenty of options which affect pricing. The reason we asked you to come into the showroom was to take a look at all the options so that we can give you an exact price. When it comes to pricing, we happen to be very competitive in the market which has allowed us to be in business for over 30 years. And please understand that whether you come to our showroom in person or call our phone number, a customer is a customer and we take the time with both in order of who calls or who walks in the door.

Ordered wood doors, service was exceptional. Was there one time when they were doing inventory sothey had part-time help but they did everything they could to help. They phoned to update me on my custom order and were friendly and courtious to my needs. Installer did try to upsell alot, high price to install security lock ($60)
