After watching the crew completing some work in the area, I asked for a quote to replace my roof. They were quick and courteous and provided me with said quote. A few days later they called asking if I had made a decision as they were scheduling ahead. A deal was reached and they were promptly at my place to get the deposit and sign the contract. Although the start date was missed, they had stopped by and indicated that weather snad staffing had been playing havoc on the schedule. After not hearing from them for 2 weeks I contacted them and a start date was tentatively set. True to it, the crew arrived the day immediately after the dumpster arrived the previous afternoon. 24 hours later I had a new roof. I will have someone inspect the work but so far I am very pleased with the work.

After a botched installation and repair job by someone else (not a company), I called Overhead Door Burlington. John was courteous and helpful and offered to have the job reviewed and a quote for me. The very following day, as promised, a quote was provided and arrangements made for a service call the following week - then on Saturday morning, a telephone clal indicating that there had been a cancellation and a tech was available Saturday morning - needless to say the service with this company is paramount and something unheard of these days. John (a different John) arrived promptly and began the work - explained what they were doing, what was required and answered any questions I had - left the area neat & tidy and everything worked exactly as promised. AWESOME work and awesome service by a company that actually cares about customer service.
