Very impressed with the service provided by Trevor. From the moment I filled in the online form to the follow-up after the service was complete it was top notch. Trevor was quick to respond to my request for an eavestrough cleaning of my dad's place and provide a quote (even though it is already the first week of December) but it was a last minute job I needed done. I wasn't able to meet them there when they performed the work but they had done an excellent job when I stopped by later. All the waste from the eaves were neatly bagged and all the eaves looked nice and clean. Invoice was left and was able to easily pay by e-transfer. Will definitely use them again and will gladly recommend them to anyone who asks. Professional and courteous through the whole process. Wish every company could be this awesome to deal with. Nothing but good things to say about my recent experience at BOSS. It was definitely worth making the trip up to Bolton! Danielle was very informative and explained everything in detail from the build process to the different types of leather and made great suggestions with no sales pressure which is a welcome change. Great care was taken during the delivery to make sure that neither the sofa nor my walls or floors were damaged. The quality of the leather and build of couch is excellent - definitely the real deal. Their work is done locally which is a big plus. It even came a week early which was a bonus! Everything from the sales process to the delivery was nothing but professional. It helps that it’s a family-run business so everyone is invested in making sure customers are happy.

Had a great experience dealing with the folks here. They have a great selection of good quality furniture and accessories. Their showroom is nice and big with lots of pieces to see and try out. I was shopping for some new patio chairs and tables for my balcony and Greg provided great suggestions and worked within my budget. Delivery was very quick (about a week later). They called as soon as the furniture came in and stayed in touch right up to the delivery day. They did all the little things that make your shopping experience a pleasurable experience. Highly recommend them if you're looking for new furniture - you won't be disappointed.
