We replaced all the original windows in our home with new Nordik windows in 2009. Over the last couple of years, we started noticing that a few of the windows were getting foggy. I contacted the Nordik office and they promptly got back to me. They sent their technician to look at our windows. The technician confirmed that it was a broken seal that is causing the fogging issue. He took the window measurements and told us he will order the replacement windows. Later, I received a call from Nordik's customer service and they confirmed that our windows would be replaced under warranty at NO cost to me. I respect and appreciate this company because it stands by its products and they are happy to replace the windows that are turning foggy or opaque due to the seal failure. The best experience in the whole process was with their service technician EDGAR. He is amazing! He is very knowledgeable, professional, sincere, hardworking, patient and a great example of what 'beyond expectations' customer service looks like! I have requested to have Edgar come back to complete the pending work on the other windows.
