We decided to go with Will to install our access control system for us since he did our door locks. This was a massive mistake. During the renovations when all walls were opened up we specifically asked Will what type of wiring we should be running for this system and were instructed by him to run wires that later turned out to be completely wrong! At this point the walls and ceiling were done and painted and we could not open them up again. This cost us extra time and money in getting new/extra wires pulled by the contractor. There were numerous other issues where Will ordered the wrong parts for our system that were not compatible etc. etc. and all followed by complaints from him. We had to hire another company to finish the installation properly and pay double to fix the mistakes made.

I needed to refresh my rental property with paint, and had a few companies in to do a quote to paint a feature wall in each room and my stairs. I ended up going with Rylan Harvey's Painting as they seemed the most knowledgeable and had a great price! Dave from Rylan Harvey's Painting was amazing and gave some great advice and color choices, he helped match the stair color with the hardwood. The stairs came out absolutely amazing! I couldn't be happier with the results it looks stunning now! They were very prompt, the painter even came in to touch up and paint the stairs another coat while he was sick as I needed it completed so I can rent it out. I would hire them again in an instant, reasonable rates and excellent quality work.
