We hired Old Orchard Homes as project managers to help us facilitated the construction of our home. Within the four months that our construction began there was little work completed (only demolition, excavation and foundation walls). The contractors were paid a much lower price for the work completed than we paid. Beware and verify directly with contractor (trades) their fees.
