We had Kempenfelt replace all windows in our home. In the end we are very happy with the quality of the workmanship and the product. There were some little glitches along the way. First, I suggest avoiding Friday as a day to have this work done. The workers were a little rushed and down one guy. At the end of the day, the cleanup could have been a lot better and we were stuck doing it ourselves over the weekend. In the end, they were attentive to our concerns and took action to rectify them.

We shopped around and settled on Burrr-Lington Heating. The service was great and everything was left in working order and clean. They even offered some suggestions for other minor work to improve the efficiency of our furnace like the placement of the thermostat, something that has always been a bit of an issue, but we never had a professional opinion on before. We are recommending them to anyone who is talking furnace.
