We had a employee from Eastview come in to do installations regarding our TV and cable. We recently purchased a flat screen TV and wanted it mounted on the wall, we also purchased a DVD player along with surround system. We weren't home for a period of days to which he accommodated even after purchasing the electronics. When he came over, everything was done at a relatively fast speed and thorougly explained how everything worked, specifically the remote controls and whatnot. He was very patient in explaining how to work the TV, the DVD player, and turning on the surround system. He made sure we understood and warned us about specific functions of the various electronic systems installed. Great service overall!
