Our experience with Certapro Tri-City was not a pleasant one. We had issues with the safety of the crew, numerous delays (our project took 2 months to complete and we were told it would be done in max. 11 days), an increase in price due to mistakes on the company's part, and subcontractors who came to us for payment rather than going through the company. There was 1 person painting for the majority of time which delayed the project and there were many days where the workers were expected to come and did not show up. If you do choose this company, you must keep on top of the workers and make sure you point out areas that have been forgotten. Be prepared to micro-manage. Unfortunately, I would not recommend this company nor would I use them again.
