Our experiences with Regency Granite and Marble have been outstanding! My wife and I first used Regency Granite and Marble a few years ago when we renovated our master bathroom and childrens’ bathroom. A few months ago we moved and again needed to renovate our master bathroom. Without hesitation we went with Regency Granite and Marble. Roger and his sons were extremely professional and knowledgeable from the beginning of each project to the end. They took pride in their work and their attention to detail was remarkable. They installed the granite on time, were efficient, and friendly and left the job site in a very clean state. Every one of my phone calls was answered promptly and was always very helpful. A week or so after the granite was installed, we realized that we needed a threshold made from the same granite. Our tiller said it would take days for the threshold to be made and thus won’t be able to install it. After talking to Roger and explaining our predicament, he sent his son out to our house to measure the threshold, he then created the threshold and had his son deliver it to us the next day. He did this because Roger and his sons care about their clients, even after their project is complete. Both projects provided excellent service, a very reasonable and competitive price and totally surpassed our expectations. The experience both times was stress free and most definitely hassle free. We were extremely satisfied with the job Regency Granite and Marble did and would highly recommend them without any reservations whatsoever!
