My wife and I purchased a new coffee table and hall console table for our new home. Not only did the items arrive earlier than expected, the service men that came to deliver them took extra care not to damage my new floors. A few days after my delivery, a service consultant called to ask me about my service experience and if I had any questions or concerns about my purchases. I just quickly mentioned that there's a very small nick on one of the table legs - something you can't always avoid when buying wood furniture. She said not to worry as she will make a service call and someone will come by to take a look. The repairman came and took extra care to repair the nick. I can't even see the repair. He did an exceptional job. My wife and I are very happy with our purchases and will definitely go back to Ethan Allen to make future furniture purchases.
