Used them in 2015 when their service was excellent. Sad to see that as their repeat customer who spent a lot with them, they’ve now become too big to care about the needs of their customers. Utterly disappointed with their poor planning which resulted in me booking with them in July and the job getting finished in extreme cold yesterday, December 6. The windows themselves were expertly installed. But would you pay regular price for an installation that took place in winter?!

We're sorry to hear of your disappointment with the length of time it had taken for your project to begin, this unfortunately was a result of the Government Initiative that greatly affected all participating Window & Door companies and caused delays in manufacturing. We understand the inconvenience of opening your home up to the elements during the winter months, but we can assure you this in no way impacts the project in a whole. Hundreds of our clients undergo installation during the colder season by choice, and we'd like to apologize for the inconvenience this has caused as you did not wish to go through with a project in December.
