do not do any work with them until after you have everything in writing. They did a bathroom project for me and basically misled me on what it would cost. I was told we could re tile the bathroom and shower for 2000 dollars, including tile, but that the price could vary slightly based on the tile i chose, that the ave cost of tile is $2 sq ft. I ended up buying the tile myself, so that was taken out of the cost entirely, yet at the end they charged me more than 2000 dollars for that part of the project. In the end they tried to claim I was just making up what they had said, which I was not, but I did not have it in writing to back me up. Also make sure and inspect all of the work before you pay them, we did a bathroom and there are cracks in the grout and caulking, and the vents they installed do not work properly. ALSO unless you want a big mess on your hands, if they are doing something messy like demo work, ASK them to sheet the place off so the mess doesnt get all over the adjacent rooms, apparently this is not standard practice for this company, but Im sure if you explicitly asked the to do so they might do it. I made a comment about it and was told "yea it gets messy" when the demo from the bathroom had left and inch of dust all over my bedroom, I am not exaggerating every surface was covered with dust to the point where you could not see the color of the original surface,

Approximate cost of services:
$2,975.00
What could this company do to improve their services?
be more professional, contain the messy work, and not be misleading on project costs.
Any advice to offer fellow homeowners facing a similar project?
get everything they say to you in writing before you start. do not let them start the project without a contract. if only to be sure everyone is on the same page. and thoroughly inspect the work before you pay, dont let the shiny new tile keep you from checking every grout line.
