I was impressed with Pacific Mist. Right on time, polite, very fast and efficient. I bought this house 2 years ago and never had the carpet professionally cleaned. I thought my steam vacuum is good enough. I was wrong and I decided to choose Pacific Mist. Thank you Ed for being very professional and extremely efficient.
