So happy with our choice of Galaxy. Work was performed on time, cleaned up after, it was if they were never here. Alex was very good to deal with when he came to do measurements and again during installation. Dmitri was excellent to work with. He was very thorough explaining what we have and what we could get and what the value was. He showed up at the end of the installation to insure everything was as agreed to. Excellent customer service. We had other quotes , but no one compared t these guys.

Sales person Jeff and seen us to review a contract for a new furnace. He was knowledgeable and professional. A couple of days later, before we had signed the contract, our furnace broke during the night on Friday. Reliance sent a tech who had to tag the furnace Sat am. I was able to get hold of Jeff, who arranged a new furnace and installers for Sunday am. Mark and his partner installed everything Sunday...they were professional and pleasant. Kudos to Jeff for a 24 hour turnaround on a difficult situation. Would totally recommend these guys

Steve was booked several months in advance but worth the wait. Quotes were accurate, work done on time. Minimum mess during the day. Made suggestions that we had not thought of. Would not hesitate to recommend he and his work

Dishwasher stopped working. Mors came the next day on time. He was very efficient, and polite. Was able to solve the problem without using a new part. I would definitely hire him again

Very pleased with the entire experience. Very courteous. Will took time to explain what was to be done and what was done In a very professional manner. They arrived late than the planned appointment but phoned ahead to let us know the time difference (which was not much). They seemed proud of what they do and showed a sincere interest in the customer. Would definitely use again

Gary did the install of our new counter top which involved dealing with some very old plumbing. He was prompt, efficient, tidy. Work came in on quote. Would hire Gary again.
