We had two thermal pane windows in need of repair. The company that made them is long ago out of business. Another local glass company came out to measure the job, but never got back to us with a quote. So we contacted Pilkey. From start to finish Pilkey's staff were prompt, friendly and professional. Even though the windows are of an unusual type, they were able to replace the internal glass units, remove and replace the decorative molding, leaving the windows looking perfect. Brilliant.
