Furnace inspection and cleaning
I had Keith out to clean and inspect my furnace. Keith is prompt, thorough and knowledgable. I have zero doubt that Keith does the best job possible. Keith goes the extra mile to make sure everything is done right, and I really appreciate that. I called Platinum Pro Painters to paint our spare bedroom, a few other businesses had a minimum job cost and wouldn't paint just 1 room. Chris was very personable on the phone and said 1 room isn't an issue at all. I emailed him a couple of pictures of the room and received my proposal soon after. I gave Chris the name of the colour we wanted and he had it matched for us since Coverdale didn't have the same colour. The gentleman that painted the room (can't remember his name at the moment) was here on time and had an excellent attitude. He told us what he would be doing and asked if we had any questions. He did an excellent job painting and cleaned everything up after. I would not hesitate to call Platinum Pro Painters again to have them paint for us. Fantastic job, we love the new paint.

Keith was very helpful and accommodating when I moved into my new home. My wife was home when he cleaned/inspected the furnace and ducts, and she mentioned how thorough and polite he was.
