It had been a very long and arduous process trying to find a company that would deal with a very necessary repair and replacement of a basement window and siding job on my home. After several contacts, some of which never even bothered to get back to me, AIMG Inc finally came to repair this long awaited problem with the replacement of a window and new siding. I felt very confident with AIMG from the beginning (the estimate) to the end of the job. Yuri and his crew are professional, hard working and honest. I appreciate Philip and his co-worker coming by at such short notice to attach a new downspout on the side of my home. He connected a new downspout and also took down a satellite dish that I am no longer using at no extra cost.

I had two cracks in my basement’s foundation. Mark went the extra mile to come to my home and complete a water test with me in order to determine exactly where the water entry point was. He explained the process very clearly and completed two injection repairs that are backed with a 25 year warranty. I really appreciate his ability to work around my busy work schedule and the great clean-up he did after the job was complete. Mark came highly recommended to me through a relative of mine who hired him to do a waterproofing job for her many years ago and her basement has been dry ever since. I would highly recommend this company to friends and family.

Simon came to extend a short downpipe which was not extending into the eavestrough so that water would pour down the roof during rain. He was careful to select the correct materials and showed up on time to install the pipe when he said he would. Simon was referred to me by someone whose opinion I highly trust/value so that alone is a reason to recommend Guildwood Roofing. Simon was very professional and thorough. He also gave me a free estimate on a roof that I will most likely be replacing in the near future.

A home inspection gives you knowledge and knowledge is power. Through Shawn’s home inspection I was made aware of issues and situations I never would have caught with my own eye. Everything from the exterior to the interior is examined. All the information is given to you verbally if you wish to walk through as the inspection is taking place and on top of that you get a detailed written report of things/issues to repair or attend to from high priority to lower priority with pictures and instructions. Most people get home inspections prior to buying and/or selling, but I would highly recommend getting one if you’ve never had one. You will learn a lot about how to maintain a home so you don’t run into bigger problems down the road. I highly recommend Clarified Home Inspections.

Rent a Son just recently did a move for me. I am extremely satisfied with the service. They showed up on time, they wrapped all items carefully and having finished the move in less time then predicted the price ended up being less than the initial estimate. Fair and square, trustworthy. I would definitely use them again if I had to.
