Late but great when they got here
The team was a couple of hours late which was frustrating but when they got here they were professional and very capable. I was very impressed with the level of service and would recommend
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. We have been left with a basement that is not waterproofed and the side of our house ripped up. At this point, all we want is them to come back and replace the bricks at the side of our house and they are say everyday that they are going to come but they NEVER show up. They left ONE YEAR ago and told us they would be back in a few weeks once the ground has settled to lay down the bricks. They never came back. The fact that they offered a 25 year guarantee on the waterproofing services and decided not to honour it when we had to tear out our newly finished basement is probably the biggest reason to never use this company but the complete lack of customer service is what bothers me the most.

We are in the middle of a home renovation and Ken and his team are is delivering ahead of time and on quote. He is always providing extra suggestions on how to improve our house design without adding costs. He also anticipates what we might need in the future and makes sure that the house is set up to provide that, without us asking. We are still in the middle of the renovation process but so far, Ken has surpassed all expectations.
