Moving out of our high-end luxury custom built home with all of its fine finishes was a serious concern for us which we highlighted to our move coordinator Hussein Sherazi. Having had bad experiences with damaged staircases, scraped entry doors or moves that took "forever" and over budget, we knew how to interview our next mover! This move was our biggest and most complex ever and it came in under budget, under the time alotted and actually took less time to move than our former smaller tudor home. The crew and crew leader were excecptional. Clean, courteous, and diligently packed and wrapped like it was their own stuff. Hussein explained they have fulltime crews that are corporately trained which explains the difference. Cannot say enough and as a custom home builder, general contractor and construction manager that is keenly aware of the meaning of customer service; Rent A Son delivered (no pun intended)! Thank you everyone at Rent A Son.

What could this company do to improve their services?
As far as we are concerned; the are doing it all right!
Any advice to offer fellow homeowners facing a similar project?
Rent A Son offered us every level of service from packing materials, packing services to pure labour for packing our temporary storage unit. We saved considerably because we did pack and wrap most of the small stuff ourselves. So if you want the ease of unpacking and savings by doing as much yourselves and knowing exactly what is packed where and boxes suitably marked, then combining Rent A Son with this will bring you an experience like none other we have had before. And we don't impress easily!

From properly testing and isolating existing circuiting, making sure to preplan thier work and junction points, neatly drilling and wiring up the job to make sure wires are sufficiently back from potential screw damage, provide steel plate protection where it could not be done, securing wires sufficiently and laying out their work so it is labeled and nicely bundled, looping a bit of extra wire at junction boxes for future changes or adjustments, properly reading the plans and working with our on site staff to assure the best job for our customers, I just couldn't say enough about these guys. A far cry from the "throw it in the cieling cavity" type of electrician that shows no pride in their workmanship that I most often come across in the residential sector. My compliments to them all for jobs well done and my thanks that they work with us.

On our latest project and biggest to date usiing A & O, was a renovation to a part of a 1937 Church. Anthony and his crew showed up when they said, meticulously sealed everything up, did the job they said they would do, worked within the restrictions of our client, were prompt at finishing and then cleaned up perfectly all at the agreed budget estimate. A worry free experience has been "my experience" and I higly recommend Anthony and A & O without reservations. They treat every job like its a big one and when a company can handle the little ones this easily and properly, it just confirms to me they can handle anything I throw at them. Thumbs up guys! Keep up the great work and see you on the next one!
