LEDIO FROM ALZA WAS QUICK TO RESPOND AND QUOTE THE JOB. VERY RESPONSIVE THROUGHOUT ENTIRE PROCESS. ALSO, EVERYTHING CAME IN BUDGET AS QUOTED. BUT THE BIGGEST THING THAT IMPRESSED ME WAS THAT ALL ASPECTS OF THE WORK THAT WERE DISCUSSED THROUGH THE JOB WERE EXECUTED WITHOUT THE NEED FOR FOLLOW UP, OR REMINDERS. IT LEFT ME FEELING LIKE THIS WAS DEFINITELY A COMPANY I CAN TRUST TO GET THE WORK DONE, WITH SKILL, INTEGRITY AND PRIDE IN THEIR WORKMANSHIP. WOULD RECO TO OTHERS FOR SURE.

I emailed Otto's Masonry and was quickly responded to by one of their estimators. The quote was surprising reasonable so we moved ahead with the work. Badir came out and worked his butt off all day - kept me in the loop on the progress and was very professional. He kept a tidy work area and you can tell he was a true tradesman as there was pride in his workmanship. I would definitely contact them for any future masonry work and will be recommending them to my neighbours and friends. Thanks OM!
