I got charged more than 3 times the initial quote that I received. It took more than 2 months to receive my things, and when I inquired about it, they told me it is not their problem. There is a lot of hidden costs that they don't tell you about, and after your things are on the ocean they present you with an invoice. Customer service is very rude.
