We had called several contractors without receiving any response when I found Crawford Contracting through the Ajax/Pickering Board of Trade. I called and spoke with Danielle, who is very friendly and easy to talk to. I described the scope of work, we set up an appointment time for Jeremy and Gord to evaluate and they arrived right on time. We received the estimate by email very quickly, and Jeremy came right on the scheduled date. We were very impressed with the quality of his work. We were charged exactly the amount we were quoted and only paid the balance once Jeremy was assured that we were satisfied. I would highly recommend Crawford Contracting, in fact we had them return a short time later for another project (with the same excellent rating) and will definitely be calling them again for a couple of other things we would like done.

After the cold winter the frost free faucet we had professionally installed last summer cracked between the walls and when we used the faucet outside the water leaked into our newly renovated basement bedroom. We didn't notice it right away and the lower portion of the drywall, baseboards and floor were ruined and mold had begun to grow. CRCSDKI was recommended by our insurance company and they came over very quickly to assess the situation. Once it was determined that mold was involved, they sent a crew over within a couple of hours to begin the drying process.
