Nortown did a fast job but the drive cracks in many places after 2 months. It happened to my neighbour also . The drive went down last year and more cracks are appearing. They came and put down tar but the drive may be defective continuously. It has gotten worse.

We engaged this company/partnership in September 2014, to do a bathroom reno. For the most part the work was acceptable and the difficult shower head was installed quite well. However, the floor tiles were stained with a dirty discolouration that needed to get unsealed and resealed. The angle the tiles were set did not allow the water to drain and now it just sits at the bottom of the shower. We asked G and G to correct this in December when they finished but they won't return calls and said Gilles was ill. It is now March and the stall is not right although having paid them for the job, they don't seem to stand behind their work. So having paid them, they seen to have "magically" vanished much to our dissappointment, without completing the job to our satisfaction. What have we learned? Hold back final payment till the job is done. There is no guarantee you will see some contractors ever again or will they take your calls.

Thank you for your review, as for the floor issue, the tiles were laid properly but someone had used a corrosive product after it was laid, which caused a burnt stain on the tile. We offered to reinstall the floor which you denied. Instead you have decided to purchase a stripper product and wanted us to seal this for you. Unfortunately by doing this, your floor would be no longer be anti-slippery and by appling sealer, the floor would be like a slippery ice rink. Therefore we were not willing to put our name to this process, due to danger of slip and falls. You continued to call us after we stated this to you. Other clients who have had the same floor installed, have been and still are happy with it.
We wish you all the best in the future. Thank you.
