And a cost to us, but he made every change without question or hesitation, what is even astounding and more amazing is that he goes above and beyond what he is supposed to do, I found out a few weeks after the project, originally we paid for a slightly cheaper material to be installed in parts of this project and because able is a professional he installed a much higher quality material because he knows we would be happier with it! (without telling us) which means he ate the cost... this is a man and company of integrity, professional business ethics, a standard of which I haven't seen in a very long time and I believe this is why Able Strujenco with vancouver pro style contractors is better then the competition by miles.
