I needed to take out a sofa from my living room as the sofa set has been wearing out. I contacted J and J Moving and I was sure glad that I have picked the right company to do so. Their response was prompt and courteous and overall really professional done. The guys came on time and quickly started to move the sofa out. I also asked to have another sofa set from basement to take its place as well as to have another sectional (rather large and cumbersome) from the second floor to move down to the basement. I also asked them to take out an old queen size mattress as well as a pretty heavy old TV stand. The work was done all as I have requested, efficiently and promptly. I will definitely be calling them again for our next move and highly recommend them for even an internal house move like I needed to be done professionally.

We called Drain Works to replace two toilets and repair a stopper that fallen down off the sink. JP explained what they could do and explained possible works to be done and quickly set up a time for them to come over to our house. He was courteous and friendly as well as efficient. He also did call back again about half an hour before the worker arrived so we could prepare. JIm arrived on time and immediately put us on ease and started assessing the conditions of the toilets and worked on the sink. He indicated we would need to replace the toilets but one of them would need to be ordered. He was very efficient and quickly fixed the stopper and replaced one of the toilets and said he would check other toilets as they were all old. We did decide to replace the other two old toilets as well and he set up another time for him to come back and replace the toilets. A week later he arrived with another worker to replace the other toilets as well. They were professionally done and detailed. The work was done all well and great. They cleaned up all work areas and took everything away. We were pleased that they were able to take away all old toilets rather than to leave them for us to dispose them. We were really happy with the new toilets and the work they have done. Highly recommended.

I had a really good experience with Tip Top Trough when I first asked them for an eavestrough repair a few years back and this time I really needed to have new eavestrough installed so I contacted them again. From the moment I called them to the completion, they have been truly first class, being courteous in advising and providing description of the work to the workers who removed the old eavestrough and installing the new including the leaf screen. They were courteous and really worked hard to exceed the expectation! I have no hesitation in recommending them to my friends, colleagues and neighbours.

John came by on time and quickly started to work on leak under kitchen sink. Then he worked on replacing the kitchen faucet quickly and then also worked on unclogging the kitchen pipes. He was courteous and professional all through. A prompt and good quality work. Will definitely call him up the next time.

My neighbor and I asked MTN Urban to replace/repair four posts and boards (as well as fix a broken gate for me). We waited for a month but once they arrived they did the job very promptly and their workmanship was really good. The team was courteous and professional. The posts look really sturdy and I was happy with the repair of the boards. My neighbor felt he would get the new boards rather than having the old boards back again but Morena explained that due to Covid that they could not get the new boards of the same type so they fixed the fences for us before the weather got too cold. They cleaned up after the work and took away all old boards and posts and left the places cleaner than they started with. The only reason that I did not give the full mark is that we did not get the new boards but that was not really their fault though but some adjustment would have pleased my neighbor but I was happy all along and would ask them again for any new work of mine and would recommend them highly.

Theo and TT7 really exceeded our expectations in delivering a first class work. Theo is a conscientious and dedicated worker, provided exceptional service and work. Sophie and Theo responded to our request promptly and professionally supplying detailed work and estimate for our project. Their estimate was not the lowest however their detailed plan of work and care they have shown in responding to our numerous inquiries, we felt they were the best people to go with and we are really happy we did as they really over-delivered! We cannot wait to redo our driveway with them once we save enough fund. We really love our new stairs and walkaway look now.
