We purchased a top of the line 52 inches TV. we received a lemon. We fought for almost one year to have the TV repaired or subtsituted. Our nightmare inlcuded hours, days, months on the phone and numerous visits by useless repair people sent by Sony, letters to Sony president and visits to the store and meetings with the store manager thet sold us the TV in the first place. Finally Sony decided to substitute our TV with a newer but much less expensive model. Our complaints on the final outcome were not even answered. We are totally disgusted by Sony and Sony store.
