I was initially very excited to work with Cable Connexions LLC. Gus was very professional on the phone. The issues started happening the day my TV was to be installed. I received a call the day of installation that they would not be able to install the TV due to a medical emergency with the technicians family member. After inquiring if arrangements could be made to call us back to see if a different technician could install the TV, since this appointment had been scheduled 2 weeks ago, Jess called back to say a technician would be able to be at our home at 1:30 PM instead of the originally scheduled 10-12 timeframe. This would have been great except no one ever showed up!! After multiple attempts to reach an individual in the office my wife and I gave up. I left a message asking to call me on Monday to explain what had happened. Monday came and I still did not hear from anyone...I decided to try one last time as the rating for this company had been very good and I really just wanted my TV installed. I called and reached the same individual who had originally said the technician would be at our home at 1:30pm. She said she didn't know what had happened and would talk to her boss since she saw my paperwork on her desk but with no notes. She contacted me later that day and said the technician finished his prior job late and didn't bother to let anyone know he would not make it to our job. She said they would be letting that technician go...which I really didn't care about....I still had a brand new TV in the box waiting to be installed. She said she could have a team to install the TV that week and she would discount the mounting by $20 dollars. I decided...once again...to give them a chance. The technician called me the morning of the install to discuss when he would be at my home and the specifics of the job. I told him I would not personally be there, it would be my wife and that what I wanted when he was mounting the TV was to leave enough room under the TV so the sound bar would not block the remote receiver. I called my wife while they were doing the job and he assured my wife that the way he was mounting the TV was how we had discussed but he left his cell phone number on the Invoice so if I had any questions I could call him. When I arrived home, the TV was not mounted as I had requested. I had to stand up in order for the remote to be recognized by the TV as he had mounted it too low and the sensor was blocking the TV sensor. I called the technician to discuss this and he blew up on the phone. He admitted he had mounted the TV wrong but said the only thing he could do was drill new holes in my limestone fireplace. He then angrily hung up the phone. The next morning he called and left a message on my cell phone apoligizing for yelling at me on the phone and said he would like to come out and fix the issue after speaking with his boss. He said he had some family issues last night and that was why he was swearing and yelling on the phone...can you believe this!! I should post the phone message he left me, I had to listen to it twice to believe what I was hearing. Lastly a supervisor called me to try to remedy the situation and I could go on and on but it all came down to when it was convenient for them to come out to my home to fix the issue and the only guy they wanted to send was the guy who messed up the job originally and then yelled at me as if it was my fault....like I'm going to let someone like that back in my home!! So needless to say I said I would hire out with a different company but there was no way these guys would be coming back to my home. I will never do business with this company and not only would I not recommend them but will tell my friend, family and colleagues to not utilize this company, not matter what the deal. They had one of the cheapest prices for the mount and install but I see now you get what you pay for. If you are looking for cheap work done poorly these are the guys you want. IF you are looking for professionalism and superior work....don't look here.
