I called up 3-4 companies to get quotations for blinds. When I called up Emcoss - they were very professional and booked an appointment for the weekend. Maurice came by to help me with my blinds selection and was very honest - when I suggested I wanted to go with sheers and drapes for both bedroom and living room, he steered me towards the cheaper option of vertical blinds for the bedroom for more privacy. I had a minor hiccup as when the installer came by, he brought the plain instead of textured blinds for the bedroom. Again, Maurice was understanding and installed the plain blinds so I would have privacy until my textured blinds could be ordered. Im very happy with the installation and quality of the blinds received.
