Mark installed ductless AC earlier this summer. Because of an installation problem we had to make a warranty claim. Our AC works fine and the price was very reasonable for this kind of work. I always appreciate an easy and prompt response to a warranty claim, so while the job wasn't done perfectly the first time I will work with him again, and recommend his work to anyone.

Mark was helpful - offered good advice on the best solutions - and flexible - took us to the hardware store to buy a few things we needed and altered his plans when we found a few other things we wanted done. The work was done exactly the we wanted and the cost was as estimated. We will certainly go back to him for future projects.

Our basement renovation project with GarCon ran into a number of issues along the way but ultimately GarCon showed themselves to be competent and trustworthy. I would absolutely work with them again. We began the project at a time when the company had expanded quickly and was having a hard time adapting. The work started late and there were many times when the work halted with no explanation. We had to follow up a number of times to keep the project on track. Fortunately, things improved considerably a few months in. To compound the scheduling problems, we ran into problems with the plans (not GarCon's fault) unexpected issues with the house (also not their fault), as well, they made a few mistakes of varying severity. But this is where GarCon proved themselves - they dealt with each problem as it came along, made sure we were ultimately satisfied with the results, and absorbed the cost of mistakes where appropriate. .
