We had a family of raccoons inside some ductwork in our newly purchased home that we needed re-located. Mahamat responded within minutes of posting the request late at night and came out the next morning to install a one-way door in an exterior vent to let the raccoons escape, and explained the full process to us. A week later, he came back to install the new exterior vent, and replaced another cracked one as well. Mahamat does good honest work. You won't be disappointed.

The furnace in my new home blew out in the middle of winter, and I was desperate to have it resolved right away. After having called two previous HVAC "technicians" (really salespeople) that tried to hard-sell me on solutions that were much higher than I had expected to spend, I turned to Robert and his team at Cozy World. Robert was cordial and came to the house the next day to review the situation. He also noted the dated condition of the whole system, and provided a solution that was the best fit for the house without breaking my budget. His team came out the following day to install the full system, taking the time to leave my furnace room in a cleaner condition than they came in with. A great experience and I'll be sure to use them again for my HVAC needs.

Amazing work from Nick and his team. We had a dilapidated garage roof that needed replacement, and missing shingles from a windstorm in the spring. From the beginning, Nick was thorough in assessing the work involved, and was transparent when further work was necessary, trying to minimize the extra costs required. Their flexibility and patience in explaining to us the work they were doing, and thorough clean-up after the work was done, was greatly appreciated. A great experience dealing with Yevengiy, Mariya, and Sofiya @ Art Metal. They created an elegant single-door gate for our open long driveway that fits with the look of our house. It took a little back-and-forth on communication for them to finish the gate as requested, but they responded promptly, and the gate quality is incredible. They also quickly assembled a small fence when we noticed a gap between the gate and the house. Would highly recommend and won't hesitate to use them again.

We had mice that invaded our kitchen from our crawlspace below the floor. Within minutes of posting my service request, Shakeel answered the call and came by later that afternoon (would have been sooner had we not had plans that day). He came with his partner and installed the poison traps quickly throughout the house, after identifying possible entry points. Very professional throughout the process, and offered a 6-month guarantee to come back and address any issues. Only been a day so far, but all is well! Job well done.

We had a very old, dead pine tree in the backyard of our new home. John was in the area doing arbour work and came by to take a look. He provided a quick, reasonable estimate for removal, and came by the next day to remove it. He even removed the stump where others were charging extra for the service, and cleaned up the backyard after he was finished. The fence the tree was close to did get a little damaged during removal, but we were going to get it replaced anyway. Thank you for your service John!
