I had experience with Aquatech when I did research and felt they were a solid choice. After noticing a water leak, I talked to Aquatech and one other company, and chose Aquatech.. They did a terrific job, and it is not easy work. Foundations need to be dug out by hand for 10 or 15 feet each way. It was all done, the hole in the foundation was found and patched, the cinderblock was waterproofed thoroughly, and the area was filled back in, and left in a very neat condition. Igor was pleasant and definitely knew his business. The company offered a transferable lifetime warranty, which was important to me. The work was satisfactory, as during the past couple of weeks there has been a lot of rain and no leak.

A leaking eavestrough corner, a fallen downspout and a downspout relocation were managed professionally and carefully. Novak Aluminum came highly recommended by a trusted person, and he wasn’t wrong. I’m especially happy with the way the drainage to the relocated downspout was placed out of sight on the carport roof, not splat across the front, which would have looked awful. I’m very happy with the work, and happily recommend them myself.

Tired of the tripping hazard of the step up from the driveway, and of the difficulty of cleaning up the bird feeder mess, we decided to replace our front walkway with a two-step concrete walk combined with an extended pad to place the bird feeder on. Gabor worked hard to refine, improve and implement our sketched idea. His suggestions were great and the job was done by people who obviously knew what they were doing and cared about it, even though this was a very small job. The man who managed the concrete (forms and supervising the pour) had been doing this for 20 years, and his pride in his work was warranted by the excellent result. We have been using the walkway for a couple of months, and could not be happier with it. And it is a whole lot easier to keep the constant shower of seed shells under control.

Our 13-year-old stone-tiled shower really needed a good cleaning, re-caulking and minor grout repair. Len and Jesse did a thorough job, steam cleaning the tiles and taking care of all the other work, and re-sealing the stone. They were really nice people who knew their stuff up and down. I'm happy to recommend them, and will call them again when it's time to renew the sealing.

We were very impressed by the quality of the product, the advice and the excellent service provided by Corinne, especially, and store staff. When we needed to exchange the front shade for a light blocking shade, it was done under warranty as fast as anyone could hope for. The installation technician, Danny, was both very pleasant and very skilled. I'm happy my husband found the type of shades he wanted here - we couldn't have made a better choice.

As a result of a roof leak, attic insulation was wet in one area, and the ceiling paint underneath had bubbled and cracked in several places. Steve and Derrick were recommended, and did a thorough evaluation of the situation. While scheduling was complicated a couple of times, everyone who worked on the project worked hard and did a solid job. The ceiling had to be cut open, the attic dried out, the wet insulation removed and replaced, and the ceiling patched, scraped and painted. Derrick met his time commitment, and the price was reasonable, especially appreciated since we were paying for it ourselves. You can't tell where a 4 foot by 4 foot hole was! Derrick and Steve were great to deal with.

Lisa did a lengthy inspection of our house after a leaky roof caused damage to the attic. After reading her detailed and well-written website, we decided to have a preventive inspection done, so that we could find out if there were any other problems and plan for repairs. Her inspection really was meticulous, obviously knowledgeable, and her report was clear and well illustrated with many photos. She found things I never would have thought of, and explained them clearly. I would happily recommend her to anyone wanting an honest, professional evaluation of their property. And she's a really nice person, too!
