Finding Scott Schell soon after we purchased a century old house in Leslieville was a fortuitous circumstance. We initially hired him to rebuild a front porch. Once we saw the quality of his work, we kept him here for over a year. He transformed our entire house, inside and out, with an eye for design, expertise, honesty, solid work ethic and cheery good nature. He rebuilt the exterior, removed interior walls, framed and drywalled, installed skylights and an overhead range hood, rebuilt a powder room and constructed an absolutely magnificent screen porch. In addition, he brought in a great team of like-minded craftsman for electrical and landscaping and a spectacular custom staircase. Scott turned our house into a place that we will find hard to ever leave, and for that we are eternally thankful. Scott's prices are fair, he sticks to his estimate, and he takes the unexpected in stride. He works on your house as if it is his own. My only reluctance about spreading the word is letting the secret out. Get him while you can!

Even during the busy and rainy season, the crew arrived in under two weeks and completed the job quickly and efficiently. The premises were left spotless; our close-quarter neighbors commented that they were hardly aware the crew had been there. As a finishing touch, several days after the job Ben went back up on the roof to inspect and added a particular high-quality caulking to our existing skylights.
