Eek, a leak from the dishwasher. My sister and I have both used Modern Appliance repair in the past, so I texted him. He replied quickly, asking appropriate questions in order to determine the cause. He assessed correctly that it was the motor. Within a few days, he was in, the motor changed, and he double checked that everything was running well. Very efficient, good customer rapport. well recommended.

Gardens in The City have been maintaining my corner lot grounds for many years now. They put in my garden several years ago, and i rely on them to help me keep the entire property ship shape. Chaz is always responsive to the garden's needs and my wishes. Her crew are easy to get along with, get right to work ( I don't see them lazing around on the job, ever), and leave the place clean, tidy and all the debris in bags ready for next pickup. Definitely worth the cost.

My dishwasher was making funny noises. I delayed calling until Modern Appliance was personally referred. I called Tuesday, he came Wednesday, as planned, and analyzed the dishwasher and found it to be good now, but checked the workings and gave me good understanding of performance, motor design and life expectancy. He also referred me to this site.

Called Tuesday morning, in at 2, finished by 3. I have 2 door garage, spring on one broke, reason for call. Other door, seldom use, and noted to be off kilter, but I wasn't going to fix it . Repairman noted all it needed was cables. He fixed both doors, and was very helpful in telling me about maintenance and preventing my second door from being opened. would use them again.
