It was the second time that I used Mr. Damski services. In this case I had some bricks replaced and some tuckpointing done. Beside the good quality of the work by Peter and Mr Damski, I was impressed by how Mr Damski handled a misunderstanding on what was included in the quotation. After the work was done I was disappointed to see that some areas had not been tuckpointed in the space that had been originally quoted. I mentioned this to Mr. Damski, who pointed to me that there was a misunderstanding on what the quotation was including. Well, I was impressed to see that, despite the misunderstanding, Mr Damski schedule to come back with Peter on Thanksgiving morning, and addressed my complaints. In conclusion, I was impressed by the work and, more importantly, by the pride, care and honesty that Mr. Damski shows on what he does. I would definitely recommend his company to anyone.

We had to replace two outdoor faucets which implied some "contorsionism". Michael gave us a quotation over the phone which was very reasonable and Daniel performed the job without any complaint, despite the challenge of the location of both faucets. Daniel was also very pleasant to deal theough the whole job. Most importantly, Michael did not hesitate a second to send Daniel back to fix one of the two faucets which had some factory problem. In summary I would highly recommend Aviv which can combine quality and honesty with very reasonable prices.

Excellent company. We called them To open up our chimney, who had a damper stuck, to install a fireplace. After they came we were give the go for the installation. However the fireplace company found that the chimney was stuck in a different location. When we called Magic Touch again the admin person immediately apologized for giving us the green light and sent another techician at no cost, reassuring that he "would have not left until the chimney ws completely open". Very impressed by their professionalism and sense of honor!
