I had previously had eaves trough work done on an extension. One of the joints leaks, still does and the downspouts fell off and had to get them back to fix. Now have a smaller job, much easier. They quoted last year but then wouldn't come and do it - it got too cold. Fine. Called this year, said they would have to re-quote prices had changed. Called today but the boss was giving me the delay treatment (end of September) When challenged they said why would anyone want the job? Extremely rude. What a way to treat good customers. Unbelievable! What a waste of time.
