We chose Smart Space to install a home automation system in our new custom home just outside of Calgary based on a recommendation from friends. We couldn’t be happier with the RTI/Sonos/Securtec products and the wonderful service provided by Adrian and the rest of the SmartSpace team. We originally requested two quotes – the first to wire our new home and the second to install the full system at a later date. We really appreciated the “no-pressure” approach by the sales team, simply allowing us to take our time and understanding that we had a budget to consider. When we got closer to moving into our new home we couldn’t wait to enjoy the system so then arranged for the full setup in our kitchen, den, home theater, gym and master BR which was done quickly and professionally by the installation team. They coordinated seamlessly with our builder, TELUS and the satellite folks, going above and beyond in terms of ensuring we were satisfied with the final product. Adrian made himself readily available to answer questions and even came out to give us an orientation to all of the features of the system. Living in a rural setting is new to us and we’ve found that power failures are fairly typical but we’ve been using the system for about a year and have had absolutely no technical issues whatsoever. The system is reliable and integrates perfectly with the service providers. We are confident we’ll be enjoying our system for years to come and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend SmartSpace to anyone considering a home automation system!
