I contacted TJ'S Fireplace and Gas Services on a HomeStars search I moved into my home and wanted the gas fireplace inspected Charles arrived at my house on time and inspected and cleaned my gas fireplace He was professional and explained what he was doing and answered my questions in layman's terms I'm happy with the speedy response and professionalism and peace of mind I have now I won't hesitate to contact them again

I did a lot of research with other companies and hired Canadian Heating and Air Conditioning to do my HVAC, Rene the salesman was prompt, did a walk through and explained the different options . He also followed up after the install to make sure everything went smooth. I felt like he had my best interests at heart and I was very comfortable with him. The furnace and A/C are Napolean, made in Canada and have a great warranty. The technicians were on time, tidy and the installation was quicker than I thought. I was very pleased with this company. I would highly recommend

I had an issue with the performance of one the company's employees. I spoke with Santina who spoke to Valentin , the owner. The company stands behind their brand, and resolved the issue to my satisfaction I realize that one person does not represent the entire company I will use the company again, as they demonstrated that they want to make their customers happy

I called another company listed on Homestars and was extremely dissatisfied with the wrong diagnosis and high cost I contacted Brennan and he was at my house within 1/2 an hour The problem was the water was running back from my shower and leaking onto my main floor ceiling. I had told the other plumber that I previously hired that the shower in my guest room hadn't been used in months but he was adamant that that is where the leak came from. I took a shower in my main bath and more water marks were on the ceiling. Brennan diagnosed the problem as being my main bath and fixed the problem and also fixed an issue with a kitchen tap I am so happy with him that I will be telling all of my friends that this is the only plumber you will ever need
