This is the most dishonest company I have ever encountered. Call them for same day service. The technician was really late from the time originally schedule. when he arrived, without even checking our dishwasher she stated "oh it is definitely broken" then he said "it is going to be $280 to service your dishwasher" The guy didn't know what he was doing. Told us that we needed a part which he didn't even have in his truck and had to be ordered. Therefore, he could not do anything for us at that moment. He even had to used our internet to find the price of the part and told us that it would be new labour charge on installation. By the time the dishwasher would be fix, the technician gave us an estimate of $900 which 3 quarters of this is labour. Its unbelievable how dishonest people can be. How can you charge double for labour when you are the one that is not prepare with parts to fix my appliance. On top of that, the technician did not leave my dishwasher as found. Left the original parts on top of my counter. Please stay away from this company. And do not sign anything without reading it because they do not tell you what is included until after. Don't believe on their false advertisement, by no means this company is affordable, reliable or professional. Don't recommend this company to my friends
