Tom was great from start to finish. Super friendly and responsive. The job was well-priced based on other quotes I received and everything came out exactly as discussed and on time. Tom and his guys were also very easy to work with and were good communicators. For example, there were some small details that weren't their responsibility that they helped address as they worked through the project. Would highly recommend Tom and his crew to anyone.

We hired ICY to underpin our basement in April 2018 and this was easily my best renovation experience to date. Igor was very organized, fair, and easy to communicate with. He always promptly responded to my calls and was patient and clear in explaining the process and answering my questions. I always trusted his advice and felt that he was advising me with my best interest in mind. Igor also did a great job of managing and coordinating the project with minimal disruption and effort for us. We were also very happy with the quality of the work. Igor's approach to underpinning was very thoughtful and safe and his crew did an excellent job with the work. To this point, the city inspector commented on the quality of the work a couple of times and we never had any problems with any of the inspections (a process that Igor managed super efficiently). The job was also completed according to the original timeline. In addition to the high quality of the work and the overall experience, ICY was also very well priced. I requested about 6 different quotes and ICY actually came in towards the more affordable end of the spectrum. I would 100% recommend ICY for anyone thinking of underpinning their basement and have already recommended them to friends and family.

These guys did a great job with asbestos removal for me. They were super professional, came on time and were really thorough. They took the time to explain everything and answered all my questions including some that had to do with other areas of the house. They really didn’t mind and were happy to help. I was very satisfied with my experience and how it all went.

Templar was great. I called them to remove some asbestos. Their quote was fair and substantially less than another company that charged a high minimum fee.They also managed to fit me in the next day which was great. The technician was very friendly and professional. He answered all of my questions, explained the process in detail, and even gave me some additional tips and advice about other areas of my home. The quality of the work was also excellent. Overall a great experience and I would highly recommend Templar.
